Chris Krattiger – Director of Athletic Development & Performance Coach

Originally from Northern New Jersey, Chris Krattiger relocated to the Rochester area to develop Movement Matters Performance, an elite sports performance, athletic enhancement and personal training company. Chris has over 4 years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning, as well as personal training. Chris worked at a high-level health center in the city of Chicago for 3 years, working with a wide variety of clientele. Chris’ clients ranged from youth athletes to post-rehab patients. Through this experience, Chris has sharpened his skills and broadened his knowledge base to better service the community.

Chris is a Certified High School Strength & Condition Specialist, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. In addition to his work with athletes, Chris takes great pleasure in helping the general population move, feel and look better. The goal of Movement Matters Performance is to transform lives, with physical fitness and knowledge being the vehicle for success.

Chris Nentarz – Director of Education & Methodology

Chris is a sought after presenter, Physical Therapist and Performance Enhancement Specialist who holds over 10 years of experience working with athletes of all ages and levels.  Chris is currently a consultant with many professional and elite teams and athletes in Canada and the United States.  He has presented at an international level on Physical Therapy and Sports Performance and is adjunct faculty at D’Youville College.  Chris is also a certified Kinesiology Tape Instructor through Spider Tech.  Chris is dedicated to an integrated approach to rehabilitation and performance, specializing in neuro-muscular dysfunction.
