Elite Sports Performance Training

Our Elite Sports Performance Training program is designed to improve overall movement quality, speed, agility, strength and power. In addition, reducing the risk of injury for our athletes is our primary concern. Athletes are supervised and coached in small groups, with an athlete/coach ratio no more than 5:1 and most often, closer to 3:1. The focus of our program is basic form and technique, which will allow our athletes to stay healthy to thrive in their respective sport(s). Each session is approximately 90 minutes in length.

Elite Sports Performance Training Highlights

  • Power Development – Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping/Landing Techniques
  • Speed Development – Linear & Lateral Speed, Acceleration, Deceleration, Technique
  • Strength Development – Technique Focus, Core, Upper Body, Lower Body
  • Mobility/Flexibility – Soft Tissue/Foam Rolling, Muscle Activation, Dynamic Warm-Up, Prehab, Correct Muscle Imbalances to Reduce Injury Risk

Semi-Private Training

Our Semi-Private Training program is very similar to our Elite Sports Performance Training program. Athletes and adults are not all that different. Both groups require sound movement quality to perform, whether it is on the field or in the game of life. Semi-Private Training is a program devoted to improving the way you live. Improve your strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and energy, while reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass. Semi-Private Training has a client/coach ratio of no more than 5:1, often closer to 2:1 or 3:1. Each client will perform an individualized program in a group format, to enhance motivation and create an overall enjoyable training atmosphere. Each session is approximately 60 minutes in length.

Personal Training

Enjoy all the benefits of our Elite Sports Performance Training & Semi-Private Training programs in a 1:1 client/coach format. Personal Training is an excellent choice for people with variable schedules, including athletes, executives  and stay at home moms/dads. Improve your strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and energy, while reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass. Each session is approximately 60 minutes in length.
